According to the Zhitong Finance App, Niche Holdings (00240) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained service revenue of HK$5.961 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 13.6%; profit attributable to company owners was HK$187 million, an increase of 4.93% over the previous year; profit per share was 15.1 HK cents, and an interim dividend of 4 HK cents per share was planned.

According to the announcement, the decrease in turnover was mainly due to the completion and near-completion of several projects, while the turnover of newly invested projects gradually increased. The final value of the project increased in the final stage, which led to an increase in gross margin. Coupled with the reduction in administrative expenses, the profit attributable to the owners of the company increased.
