Enterprise Exhibition Holdings (01808) announced interim results with losses attributable to equity holders of HK$53.841 million year-on-year profit to loss

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Enterprise Exhibition Holdings (01808) announced its 2026 interim results, with revenue of approximately HK$467 million, a year-on-year decrease of 15.22%; the company's equity holders should have accounted for a loss of HK$53.841 million, a year-on-year profit and loss of $0.22 per share.

According to the announcement, the overall revenue of the software and hardware business decreased 15.2% year over year to 467 million yuan, mainly due to the implementation of strategic adjustments aimed at reducing low value-added operations and shifting the focus to the high-value-added software business with high gross margin. The net loss was mainly due to an increase in the share of losses of associated companies and provision for loss of loan accounts receivable.
