Baixinan-B (02185): Fei Qianwen nominated as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Baixinan-B (02185) announced that Mr. Chen Yiqing (Mr. Chen) proposed the resignation of an independent non-executive director on August 26, 2026 to invest more time in his other business.

After considering the recommendations of the Nomination Committee, the Board decided to nominate Ms. Fei Qianwen (Ms. Fei) as an independent non-executive director to fill the vacancy caused by Mr. Chen's resignation. Ms. Fei's appointment is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders by an ordinary resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and will take effect (if approved) from the end of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
