Construction of China's first fully automatic production line for chemical driven polymers in offshore oil fields began in Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone. After the completion of the project, China's offshore oilfield chemicals, polymers, will achieve independent large-scale production. The project is another important layout of CNOOC in the field of oilfield chemicals after the completion and commissioning of the Oilfield Chemical Nangang Chemical Plant in 2021.
