The group achieved revenue of HK$876 million, a decrease of 2.72% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was HK$12.903 million, up 1.4% year on year; profit per share was HK $0.19 cents.

As of June 30, 2026, the Group had 415 medical service points covering various subjects, including 248 general service points, 58 specialist service points, 15 dental service points, and 94 auxiliary service points. As of June 30, 2026, the Group had a total of 792 doctors, dentists and ancillary service personnel (including 415 general practitioners, 206 specialists, 29 dentists and 142 auxiliary service personnel), providing medical services through the Group's own and joint medical service center network.
