During the reporting period, the company achieved total operating income of 2,844 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.53%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 1,394 billion yuan, up 0.69% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 1,394 billion yuan, up 1.09% year on year; basic earnings per share were 0.35 yuan.
