PPHE Hotel Group Swings to H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Rises

02:17 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PPHE Hotel Group (PPH.L) said Thursday it swung to an attributable profit in the first half, while revenue grew year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 139.5 million pounds sterling, compared with a loss of 2.9 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 3.30 pounds from a loss per share of 0.07 pound. The hospitality real estate group's revenue was 209.3 million pounds, compared with 199.9 million pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board proposed an unchanged interim dividend of 0.17 pound per share for the period, payable on Oct. 16 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 18. Looking ahead, the company affirmed its expectations for its 2026 revenue to reach the consensus forecast range of between 475 million pounds and 483 million pounds.
