Huicai Holdings (01180): Li Zongyang resigns as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Huicai Holdings (01180) announced that from August 27, 2026: (i) Mr. Li Zongyang will resign as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee; (ii) Dr. Liu Jiaying was transferred from a member of the Audit Committee to Chairman of the Audit Committee and was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; (iii) Mr. Ho King Fung was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
