Baofa Holdings (08532): Hearing of the revised petition is scheduled to be held on September 2

Zhitong Finance App News, Baofa Holdings (08532) issued an announcement. The Bankruptcy Wage Guarantee Fund Committee has replaced Mr. Ma Jianzheng as the petitioner and submitted a revised petition. According to the revised petition, Baofa Construction Outstanding Fund Committee owed HK$2,176,969.97. This amount is the total amount of preferential payments made by the Fund Committee to former Baofa Construction employees in accordance with section 16 of the Bankruptcy Wage Protection Ordinance to the Labour Tribunal's ruling in favor of such former employees. The hearing of the revised petition is scheduled to be held on September 2, 2026.

As of the date of this announcement, the High Court has not issued a winding-up order on the above petition.
