According to Zhitong Finance App News, Cloud Factory (02512) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of 717 million yuan (RMB, same below), up 76.2% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was 25.456 million yuan, up 73.32% year on year; profit per share was 0.05 yuan.

According to the announcement, the Group's total revenue increased by approximately 76.2%. This increase is mainly driven by the growth of newly expanded intelligent computing and edge computing services.

In the first half of 2026, with the continuous development of artificial intelligence models, AI agents (AI agents) and intelligent industrial applications, the market demand for high-performance, heterogeneous, and flexible scheduling computing power resources further increased, and computing power services gradually expanded from a single resource supply to resource scheduling, model services and scenario applications. During the reporting period, the Group continued to improve the four-tier integrated technology architecture of “infrastructure - edge node - computing power - application” around the core strategy of “edge cloud+AI service”. While ensuring the stable operation of IDC solution services, the Group continued to promote the commercialization of edge computing services and intelligent computing.

During the reporting period, the Group focused on developing edge computing services and intelligent computing. The combined revenue of the two businesses accounted for more than 50% of the Group's total revenue, which has become an important driving force for business growth and optimizing the business structure. The Group continues to rely on the national edge node layout and the 8 intelligent computing centers that have already been deployed, combined with the “Spiritual Cloud” platform, self-developed heterogeneous computing power scheduling capabilities, open source big model ecology and self-developed AI algorithm models to provide services such as bare metal servers, edge clouds, elastic computing power, computing power scheduling, token calls, and software and hardware solutions to government, enterprises, developers and AI application customers, gradually forming a business system covering infrastructure, platform capabilities and scenario applications.
