At about 10:30 on August 26, a landslide disaster occurred on the Nepalese side, causing serious casualties and loss of connectivity at Geelong Port in Jilong County, Shigatse City, Tibet. In response to instructions from the Ministry of Emergency Management and at the request of the Tibet Emergency Management Department, the Sichuan Emergency Response Department, together with the Sichuan Communications Administration, urgently dispatched a Pterodactyl emergency communications drone to carry out cross-regional support and fly to the affected area for two tasks: communication support and front-end survey. The first mission was completed from around 18:00 on the 26th to around 5:00 on the 27th, and the second emergency rescue work continued from 11:00 on the 27th to the evening of the 27th.
