The group achieved a turnover of 43.653 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 25.1%; losses due to company owners were 34.836 million yuan, an increase of 6.54% over the previous year; and a loss of 0.11 yuan per share.

As the transformation of digital applications for enterprise customers in the Chinese market gradually deepens and the IT market continues to change, the Group actively provides customers with enterprise management services, including the two major businesses of Cloud Intelligence (Cloud Intelligence) and Data Intelligence (Data Intelligence). For the six-month period ending June 30, 2026 (this period), the Group further focused on digital products and upgrade solutions business driven by cloud computing and AI, reducing traditional integration business, which led to a decrease of approximately 25% in the Group's overall revenue.
