China Building Materials (03323): Zhou Yuxian resigns as chairman

According to Zhitong Finance App, China Building Materials (03323) issued an announcement and received Mr. Zhou Yuxian's resignation letter on August 27, 2026. According to the work schedule, Mr. Zhou applied to resign as chairman, executive director and legal representative of the company's board of directors. Mr. Zhou's resignation took effect on August 27, 2026.

As a result, Mr. Zhou also ceased to serve as Chairman of the Company's Strategic Decision Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, and the authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules”, effective August 27, 2026.
