During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 2,467 billion yuan, down 13.29% from the same period of the previous year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 99.5863 million yuan, down 7.1% from the same period last year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 76.361 million yuan, down 28.13% from the same period last year; basic earnings per share were 0.0525 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.3 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

During the reporting period, the company's medical services achieved operating revenue of 730 million yuan (before the merger and offset), down 7.65% from the same period last year, including 393 million yuan for cancer hospitals and 338 million yuan for general hospitals. Faced with challenges such as the continued deepening reform of medical insurance payment methods and changes in the external business environment, the company's hospitals are actively exploring differentiated transformation paths under pressure, while implementing comprehensive budget management and full cost control with refined operations as a starting point, empowering clinical management and improving operational efficiency through methods such as sinking functional departments to the front line.

During the reporting period, the company's pharmaceutical distribution business achieved revenue of 1,746 billion yuan (before the merger and offset), a decrease of 18.33% over the same period last year. The overall sales scale of the pharmaceutical distribution sector declined due to multiple factors such as price reductions in drug collection and adjustments in manufacturer distribution rights. During the reporting period, pharmaceutical manufacturing achieved revenue of 472 million yuan (before consolidation and offset), down 3.85% from the same period last year. Among them: proprietary Chinese medicine business revenue of 840.95,500 yuan, and Chinese medicine tablets and health products business revenue of 388 million yuan. The Chinese medicine tablet business is still growing against the backdrop of increased competition in the industry and deepening collection, while the proprietary Chinese medicine business is under further pressure.
