Hebo Pharmaceutical-B (02142): Chen Youchen was appointed as Executive Director

Zhitong Finance App News, Hebo Pharmaceutical-B (02142) announced that Dr. Rong Yiping has resigned as an executive director due to personal reasons, effective August 27, 2026.

After considering the recommendations of the Board Nomination Committee, Mr. Chen Youchen and Dr. Liu Yi have been appointed as executive directors since the effective date.

After Dr. Yu Rong's resignation, he also ceased to act as an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the listing rules. Mr. Chen Youchen has been appointed as an authorized representative with effect from the effective date.
