According to Zhitong Finance App, Longhu Group (00960.HK) announced that with effect from August 28, 2026, Ms. Shen Ying (Ms. Shen) will resign as an executive director of the Company and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Environmental, Social and Governance Committee due to the company's work schedule. Ms. Shen will continue to serve as the Group's General Manager of Human Resources and Chairman of the Longhu Charity Foundation; and Mr. Bao Wei (Mr. Bao) was appointed as the Executive Director of the Company.
