Damo: Raise the target price of Medicinal Kangde (02359) to HK$220 and renew the “gain” rating

The Zhitong Finance App learned that Morgan Stanley released a research report stating that it will renew the “increase” rating of Yao Ming Kangde (02359) and raise the target price from HK$193 to HK$220. The bank raised Yao Ming Kangde's earnings forecast per share by 12% to reflect disposal income of about RMB 3.1 billion, and raised the company's earnings per share forecast for 2027-30 by about 0% to 1% due to increased cash interest income.
