Shimao Services (00873) released interim results with revenue of 3.35 billion yuan. Community value-added service revenue increased 2.2% year over year to 551 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shimao Services (00873) announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of 3.35 billion yuan during the period; loss attributable to the company's equity holders was 106 million yuan; and the basic loss per share was 0.043 yuan.

The Group's revenue comes from four businesses: (i) property management services; (ii) community value-added services; (iii) non-landlord value-added services; and (iv) urban services. During the period, revenue from property management services was RMB 2,559 million, accounting for 76.4% of total revenue; revenue from community value-added services was RMB 551 million, accounting for 16.5% of total revenue, up 2.2% from RMB 539 million in the same period in 2025; revenue from value-added services for non-owners was RMB 31.3 million, accounting for 0.9% of total revenue; and revenue from urban services was RMB 209 million, accounting for 6.2% of total revenue, up 0.7% from RMB 207 million in the same period in 2025.

On June 30, 2026, the Group commenced operations in 126 cities, providing property management services and a wide variety of value-added community services for 1,354 projects; various customer types, including housing, public construction, universities, industrial parks and hospitals; the construction area under management was 190 million square meters, and the contract construction area was 307 million square meters.
