Chenxing Development (02286) announced interim results, with losses attributable to shareholders of 100.7 million yuan, an increase of 10.92% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Chenxing Development (02286) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of 407.88 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 51.06%; parent company owners should have accounted for a loss of 100.7 million yuan, an increase of 10.92% over the previous year; and a loss of 0.17 yuan per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in carry-over revenue from the first phase of the Chenxingyi County and Jinhu Garden projects during the reporting period.
