Under the joint witness of China Railway Construction Party Committee Secretary and Chairman Dai Hegen, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Salt Group Shen Zhaojun, Huang Changfu, member of the Standing Committee of China Railway Construction Party Committee and Vice President Gong Feng, Deputy General Manager of China Salt Group, respectively signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties.
