During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 262 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.55%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 160,175 million yuan, an increase of 4.53% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 16.4856 million yuan, an increase of 46.45% year on year; basic earnings per share were 0.0944 yuan.

The year-on-year decline in the company's revenue during the reporting period was mainly due to the termination of some venue business operations during the reporting period and a decrease in operating revenue compared to the same period last year.
