Lushang Service (02376) announced interim results, net profit of 11.156,600 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 30.42%

According to Zhitong Finance App, Lushang Service (02376) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved operating income of 267 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 9.27%; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 11.156,600 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 30.42%; and basic earnings per share were 0.08 yuan.

On June 30, 2026, the Group's construction area under management was about 23.5 million square meters, an increase of about 1.9% compared to about 23.1 million square meters on June 30, 2025.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in revenue from value-added services for non-landlords.
