Modern Health Technology (00919): Lin Deliang has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee

Dr. Huang Wenxian has rotated to retire as an independent non-executive director at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the Articles of Association and will not be re-elected. Following his retirement, Dr. Wong also ceased serving as a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Lin Deliang (Independent Non-Executive Director) has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee; while Ms. Liu Mei Ling (Independent Non-Executive Director) has been appointed to replace Dr. Wong as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, effective from the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
