On the evening of August 28, Yuheng Pharmaceutical announced that Tianjin Yuheng Boda Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, had signed a “termination agreement” with Eisai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and the two parties agreed that Tianjin Boda would no longer exclusively promote methylcobalamin injections and settlement matters. The partnership was officially terminated on June 29 this year. However, Eisai China has not given up on the domestic market for methylcobalamin injections. On August 28, Eisai China stated that currently Micobao injections have signed a contract with a new partner and marketing has begun.
