Bank of China Governor Zhang Hui said that in the first half of 2026, the pre-tax profit contribution of the Bank of China's overseas institutions remained above 27%, and the number of overseas self-established institutions ranked second in the world, achieving full coverage of G20 member countries, BRICS countries, 10 ASEAN countries, and 21 APEC economies, and had full market competitiveness in major international financial centers.
