In terms of rescue forces and funds, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Emergency Management urgently disbursed 120 million yuan, and the National Development and Reform Commission arranged 100 million yuan to support emergency rescue and post-disaster emergency recovery work. It mobilized 2,141 rescue forces from the People's Liberation Army, the Armed Police Force, the Chinese Fire and Rescue Team, border guards, public security, and China Energy, and dispatched 269 rescue vehicles and 3,922 sets of rescue equipment. Now, “water, land, and air” are advancing along the three routes to advance into the core area affected by the disaster.
