Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps is using small speedboats to identify ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. While a recent ship was crossing the Strait of Hormuz via the Oman route, an Iranian dinghy turned on a searchlight and read the name of the hull during the voyage to identify the ship. Afterwards, the Iranian military directly called the ship's name, saying that the ship “has been entered into its system” and is being monitored, and ordered to stop traffic; otherwise, action will be taken.
