According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Resources Vientiane Life (01209) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Group recorded revenue of RMB 9.217 billion, an increase of 8.1% over the previous period. Among them, in the Group's business segment, commercial waterway business revenue was RMB 3,699 billion, up 13.2% over the previous period; property channel business revenue was RMB 5.330 billion, up 3.4% over the previous period; and ecosystem business revenue was RMB 188 million, up 87.8% from the previous period.

The Group's gross profit was RMB 3,507 million, an increase of 10.8% over the previous period. The gross margin increased from 37.1% in the previous period to 38.0% for the six months ended June 30, 2026.

Profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 2,239 million, up 10.3% year over year. Core net profit attributable to shareholders (measured in non-Hong Kong financial reporting accounting standards) reached RMB 2,229 billion, an increase of 10.8% over the previous year.

The number of shopping centers that have been opened is 138, including 132 management export projects, 3 profit sharing projects, and 3 leasing business projects. The number of opened office buildings to which the Group provides commercial operation services is 30. The Group provides property management services with a construction area of 441 million square meters under management (not including shopping center projects).

Shareholders' earnings per share were RMB 0.981, and shareholders' core net profit per share (measured in non-Hong Kong financial reporting accounting standards) was RMB 0.977.

The board of directors resolved to declare an interim dividend of RMB 0.586 per share (equivalent to HK$0.677) and a special interim dividend of RMB 0.391 per share (equivalent to HK$0.452) to achieve 100% distribution of core net profit (measured by non-Hong Kong financial reporting accounting standards) due to shareholders during the period.
