On August 30, the space-based computing power industrial base was officially established in Songjiang. On the same day, 2026, the first China Space Computing Industry Development Forum and CCF Space Computing and Space-based Computing Power Academic Exchange Conference was held here. Industry chain enterprises, research institutes, investment institutions and representatives of Songjiang District jointly released the “China Space Computing Industry Collaborative Initiative” to push “space computing” from conceptual discussions to the front of collaborative research and industry verification.
