12:22 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ayyan Investment (SASE:2140) applied to Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority to reduce its share capital. The real estate investor will initially reduce its share capital to 807.6 million Saudi riyals from 1.01 billion riyals through the cancellation of 19,876,730 shares to offset accumulated losses, according to a Sunday release. Furthermore, the share capital will be reduced to 757.6 million riyals from 807.6 million riyals by cancelling 5 million shares.
