In the first half of the year, revenue reached 458 million yuan, up 81.3% year on year, achieving high year-on-year growth for four consecutive years; revenue of embedded intelligence and solutions reached 47.2 million yuan, full of orders; gross margin reached 49.5%, gross profit of about 227 million yuan, an increase of 261.9% year on year; and the Group's overall chip shipments reached more than 6 million pieces. Thanks to the continuous expansion of the main smart car industry, the rapid growth of new intelligent businesses, and the collaborative implementation of a wide range of AI businesses, the company's operating quality has improved markedly, showing a good trend of rapid business expansion and strong growth potential.

According to the announcement, in the first half of 2026, the company's mature smart car market developed steadily, and commercialization of high-end and cross-domain products continued to advance; the acquisition and integration of Yizhi Electronics was completed during the same period, and a full-gradient product matrix was fully formed, laying the foundation for large-scale expansion of a wide range of AI scenarios. The embedded intelligence and solutions business moved from project verification to a stage of large-scale growth. The second growth curve was fully formed, contributing to a new increase in core revenue. During the reporting period, SesameX's intelligent platform was implemented at an accelerated pace, Kalos and Aura modules were shipped on a large scale, Liora advanced modules completed algorithm verification, and sample delivery tests will soon begin.
