Prostatype Genomics Secures 70% Backing for SEK12.5 Million Warrant Exercise

05:41 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Prostatype Genomics (PROGEN.ST) secured pledges for 8.7 million kronor, or 70% of its up to 12.5 million-krona TO6 series warrant exercise. The guarantees include a 6 million-krona top-down underwriting agreement with Vator Securities, subscription commitments totaling 460,000 kronor, and letters of intent from the board of directors, management, and certain warrant holders, amounting to 2.3 million kronor, according to a Monday release. Each TO6 warrant allows the holder to subscribe for 1 share in the prognostic gene test developer at 0.10 krona apiece, starting Tuesday until Sept. 15. Vator Securities will serve as the issuing agent for the transaction.
