“Certain Financial Measures to Support the High-Quality Development of Pilot Platforms in Zhejiang Province” was issued. It is proposed to support pilot platforms that are in a position to do so to issue asset securitization products based on intellectual property rights, pilot line income rights, etc., and encourage joint packaging and shelf issuance of multiple platforms. Support eligible pilot platforms to issue science and technology innovation bonds, raise funds specifically for pilot base construction, production line upgrades and equipment purchases, and broaden the sources of funding for medium- to long-term pilot platform construction.
