According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601) issued an announcement. On August 31, 2026, the company, as the lessor, entered into a financial lease agreement II with the lessee (Anhui Haofang Electromechanical Co., Ltd.). According to this, the lessor will purchase the lessee's own leased assets II with a transfer price of RMB 20 million; and the lessor will lease the leased assets II back to the tenant for a period of 24 months, with a total lease amount of approximately RMB 21.25 million. The leased asset II is equipment under the precision metal forming business, such as cold chamber die-casting machines and CNC hydraulic presses.
