(“Open Source Securities”) held by Xi'an Qujiang Culture Finance Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., corresponding to 478.46,900 shares. The transaction was obtained through delisting from the Western Equity Exchange, with a total transaction amount of 211 million yuan, including 210 million yuan in equity transfer consideration and an exchange fee of 1.0487 million yuan.

After the transaction was completed, the company held 1.0371% of the shares in open source securities, which did not constitute control, joint control or significant influence on open source securities. This investment in open source securities is an important layout for implementing the “15th Five-Year Plan” strategic plan, optimizing the allocation of state-owned assets and medium- to long-term capital, and strengthening financial equity investment.
