China Wood International (01822) announced interim results. Loss attributable to shareholders of HK$11.061 million increased 1090.64% year over year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Wood International (01822) announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of HK$116 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.25%; losses attributable to the owners of the company were HK$11.61 million, an increase of 1090.64% over the previous year; and a basic loss of HK1.12 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in the turnover of timber-related businesses from approximately HK$133 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025 to approximately HK$98.7 million during the reporting period.
