IMS Group (08136): Lu Jingchun was appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, IMS Group (08136) announced that Dr. Li Huixin has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to the decision to invest more time in his personal affairs, effective September 1, 2026. Following Dr. Lee's resignation, he also ceased to serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Board Nomination Committee and Audit Committee, effective September 1, 2026.

Mr. Lu Jingchun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the respective members of the Board Nomination Committee and Audit Committee with effect from September 1, 2026.
