The main elements of the agreement include: increasing the basic monthly salary by 100,000 won; issuing a performance bonus equal to 400% of the monthly salary and paying an additional 12.7 million won; employees will receive benefits such as 15 shares of the company, 500,000 won worth of benefit points, and a 200,000 won increase in summer vacation allowances. The management also agreed to recruit 500 new production employees between the second half of 2027 and 2028.
