The first is to push all parties to comply with domestic approval procedures. Currently, China and ASEAN countries are speeding up domestic approval of the protocol. We will work with ASEAN member countries to push for the early entry into force and implementation of the protocol to create an inclusive, modern, comprehensive and mutually beneficial free trade agreement. The second is to help enterprises capture business opportunity dividends. We actively support all regions to draw up a “service list” based on their own reality and compare the “demand list” of enterprises, and take more measures to provide good services for enterprises. Organize and carry out targeted policy presentations and special training to help enterprises fully understand and accurately seize the policy dividends of the 3.0 version of the Free Trade Zone. Promote the transformation of the FTZ version 3.0 cooperation consensus into a market opportunity that enterprises can perceive and implement. For example, we have adopted the 3.0 upgrade protocol to establish institutional guarantees to promote standard integration between the two parties. At the same time, we are actively promoting further upgrading of customs procedures and trade facilitation so that enterprises from both sides, including small and medium-sized enterprises, can enjoy more trade facilitation measures and achieve a win-win situation for both parties. The third is to promote the collaborative development of the 3.0 edition of the Free Trade Zone and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. China will join hands with ASEAN to jointly implement the two major agreements and push bilateral economic and trade cooperation to a deeper and higher level.
