The Civil Aviation Administration of China solicited public comments on the “Administrative Provisions on the Co-operation of Civil Aviation” and proposed that airlines, airport operators and air traffic control units should report to the Civil Aviation Administration operational information such as abnormal operation conditions, consultation plans and evaluation reports on the cooperative operation mechanism of airports, and emergency handling. Emergency situations that have a significant impact on the safety and operation of civil aviation shall be immediately reported by the relevant units.
