Enobo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of the Group, signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences) for a period of five years. The two sides plan to carry out long-term cooperation in the direction of robot operation mechanism, spatial intelligence, simulation and deduction, multi-machine collaboration, closed loop of scene data, and transformation of achievements in complex scenarios to promote the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation.
The cooperation between the two sides will focus on the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of service robots and related intelligent equipment in complex real environments such as communities, commerce, parks, hotels, logistics, etc., to form replicable technical systems, engineering specifications, evaluation methods and demonstration results.
Key directions of cooperation between the two sides include:
• Jointly build a robot operation project laboratory: The two sides jointly set up a special laboratory for actual operation scenarios of service robots, carry out experimental work on robot field operation, multi-machine scheduling, scene data verification, operation problem reproduction, and program iterative optimization, and carry out technical verification, case accumulation and operation technology accumulation.
• Joint technical research: Jointly condense scientific issues and engineering tasks around complex environmental motion and contact mechanics, multiphysics coupling modeling, robot dynamics and control, dynamic obstacle prediction, multi-robot collaboration, human-robot cooperative safety, embodied intelligent scene learning, scientific machine learning, and reliability and safety evaluation.
• Jointly build a global intelligent operation platform for the robot industry business scenario: promote capacity building such as unified access to multi-brand heterogeneous robots, maps and spatial models, task orchestration and collaborative scheduling, elevator access control and channel collaboration, operation status monitoring, abnormal warning, closed loop data, and operation evaluation.

• Jointly promote experimental research on spatial intelligence and robotics technology: study spatial physics modeling, real scene simulation and deduction, digital twins, wheel foot composite motion control, high-density cluster collaboration, and test evaluation methods.

Through the signing of this cooperation agreement, the Group can establish a long-term, stable, collaborative and innovative industry-university-research strategic partnership with the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
