According to the Zhitong Finance App, Fu Shou Yuan (01448) announced that on September 1, 2026, the offender, Ms. Gong Hailin, had a definite intention to make a partial offer (in accordance with the takeover rules) to acquire up to 115 million shares at the offer price of HK$0.1 per offer share (accounting for about 4.96% of the share capital already issued by the offender company on the date of this announcement). The offer price is approximately 96.21% off the closing price of HK$2.64 per share as reported on the Stock Exchange on the last trading day.
