Big Health International (02211) transferred a total market value of HK$7.1951 million, accounting for 10.50%, transferred 10.375 million shares from Kingston Securities

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Big Health International (02211) changed positions on September 1, with a total transfer market value of HK$7.1951 million, accounting for 10.50%. The company's shareholders transferred 60.5 million shares to Zhifu Securities and 10.375 million shares from Kingston Securities.

Earlier, Big Health International announced that the company proposed implementing a share capital restructuring involving: (i) share capital reduction. The method is to cancel the paid-up share capital at 0.09 US dollars per issued share. The face value of each issued existing share will be reduced from 0.10 US dollars to 0.01 US dollars.
