The Zhitong Finance App learned that Xiansheng Pharmaceutical (02096) opened nearly 5% higher. As of press release, it had risen 4.82% to HK$11.52, with a turnover of HK$1,8893 million.

According to the news, Xiansheng Pharmaceutical announced that it has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Roche (Roche) to reach global development and commercialization cooperation on the CD79a/CD19/CD3 tri-specific antibody Sim0660, with potential value exceeding US$1.53 billion. The deal was signed by Xiansheng Zaiming, an innovative anti-tumor drug company under Xiansheng Pharmaceutical, and Roche. Under the agreement, Roche will receive exclusive rights for the development, production and commercialization of SIM0660 on a global scale.

According to reports, SIM0660 is a three-specific antibody developed by Xiansheng Zeming's T Cell Adapter (TCE) multi-specific antibody technology platform. The molecule combines a T-cell connecting arm that binds CD3 with binding domains targeting the two B-cell antigens, CD79a and CD19. While inducing potent cytotoxic effects mediated by T cells, it can effectively limit cytokine release. Up to now, Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Group has completed 6 external licenses, and the total potential transaction amount exceeds 6.1 billion US dollars.
