After the landslide disaster occurred in Jilong County, Shigatse City, Tibet, the Ministry of Emergency Management dispatched production safety emergency rescue teams across regions to fully support local rescue efforts. On September 2, 3 national production safety emergency rescue teams, including the National Work Safety Emergency Rescue Survey Team, the China National Tunnel Emergency Rescue Chongqing Team, and the China Railway Second Bureau Tibet Team formed a joint monitoring team to continuously monitor the weir lake dam, the south bank landslide, the mountain at the bottom of the ditch in the lower reaches of the weir lake, and the No. 2 slope of Weir Lake in Guoba Village. A total of 120 hours of monitoring were carried out to collect 2,700 sets of data; 105 drones were dispatched to observe the upstream glacier and two landslide sites in real time. On-site rescue provides safety support.
