Cairn Homes Logs Higher H1 Profit, Revenue

02:29 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cairn Homes (C5H.IR, CRN.L) said Wednesday its attributable profit and revenue in the first half increased year over year. Profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 58.4 million euros, compared with 31.7 million euros earlier. EPS moved to 0.093 euro from 0.051 euro. The Irish homebuilder's revenue was 455.5 million euros, compared with 284.5 million euros a year ago. Meanwhile, the board approved an interim dividend of 0.045 euro per share for the period, payable Nov. 2 to shareholders on record Sept. 18. It paid 0.041 euro per share in the year-ago period. Looking ahead, the company raised its outlook and now expects revenue of 1.08 billion euros for full-year 2026, compared with the previously guided range of 1.05 billion euros to 1.08 billion euros.
