According to the China Index Research Institute, from January to August 2026, the total sales amount of commercial housing for the top 20 real estate companies in Beijing was 208.66 billion yuan; the total sales area of commercial housing for TOP20 enterprises was 4.21 million square meters, and the TOP20 threshold values were 2.77 billion yuan and 80,000 square meters, respectively. In terms of sales, Zhonghai Real Estate, Beijing Urban Construction Group, and China Resources ranked in the top three; of these, Zhonghai Real Estate had sales of 32.10 billion yuan, ranking first; Beijing Urban Construction Group ranked second with sales of 19.55 billion yuan; and China Resources Land ranked third with sales of 15.94 billion yuan.
