The Exchange Disciplinary Committee said in an email statement that Summa received a warning notice and a disciplinary fine of 200,000 euros for violating the relevant regulations of the Helsinki DAQ. The exchange stated that Summa should disclose changes in the adequacy of operating funds by September-October 2025 at the latest, but the company failed to comply with disclosure obligations. The company also did not issue a profit warning for its 2025 operating results before the end of October 2025. The Disciplinary Committee also pointed out other irregularities, including Summa's failure to correct matters relating to management changes previously disclosed. The Commission stated, “The company has repeatedly violated regulations, which are of a significant nature and involve the core legal obligations of listed companies.”
