Changes in Hong Kong stocks | Deshi-B (02526.HK) rose more than 9% to be included in the Hang Seng Composite Index effective September 7

The Zhitong Finance App learned that Deshai-B (02526.HK) rose more than 9%. As of press release, it had risen 9.42% to HK$569, with a turnover of HK$17.3774 million, the highest increase of over 11%. The stock surged 474.75% during the year. Today, the medical equipment and supplies sector surged 4.51%, and sector beta resonated with individual stocks, boosting Deshi's rise.

On August 21, Hang Seng Indices announced the quarterly inspection results. The relevant adjustments will take effect on September 7. Deshi has met the criteria for inclusion in Hong Kong Stock Connect transactions, and is the only company included in the Hang Seng Biotech Index in this index adjustment. According to the SPDB International Research Report, the total size of passive funds tracking the three major indices of the Hang Seng Index, Hengke, and the State-owned Enterprises Index is about HK$796.3 billion, which is expected to result in a two-way capital flow of about HK$38.6 billion, and the capital rush sentiment is heating up close to entry.
