The boat also has spaces such as a multi-storey 360-degree panoramic sea sightseeing platform and a sea-view cultural and creative experience corridor. As the first flagship of the project, “Dream 1” closely targets the first five-year plan of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, fits the SAR government's arrangements such as optimizing the coastal space layout, and constructs a new pattern of high-end cruise ship operation off the coast of Hong Kong.
